New in July 2010 Ink drying agent so now you can successfully use the Epson Claria and HP Vivera inks with great results on our crystal clear paper. The "Inkfreze" will enable these specialty inks to dry perfectly AND NO react with most of the clear coat people use and we recommend our specialty Papilio Clear Decal Fixative specially designed for waterslide decal paper. It will stay flexible for years and never yellow.

Instructions of Water slide Decal paper. How to make CLEAR/TRANSPARENT decals: Apply a complete coating of either Papilio Aerosol Decal Fixative (ASCF) or Krylon Crystal Clear acrylic spray. Hold the can approximately one to two feet from the printed sheet. Allow the sheet 30 minutes - 1 hour to dry. Using either an Exacto knife or VERY sharp clean scissors cut your decals from the sheet, leaving a border of at least 1/4" of clear space around your design. Applying the decal. Dip your decal in warm water. the paper will roll up and then straighten out again. When the film starts to loosen from the paper, place the paper on the substrate to be decorated, and slide the paper out from under the decal. Work out air bubbles with the decal squeegee and let dry. It is important to remove all water and air from underneath the decal. DO NOT cut out the decal first and then apply the solution as the edges of the paper can absorb the liquid, making it impossible to later slide the decal off the paper.
